This box allows you to discover the Biojuve™ regimen at a fraction of the cost. This living microbe technology was designed to improve the appearance of coarse wrinkles, fine lines, texture, tone, photo damage and an overall dull, lacklustre complexion by enhancing the skin’s microbiome and optimising skin health.
Free standard delivery for orders over $150. For all orders under $150, a flat-rate of $10 will be applied at checkout. Express shipping is also available at checkout with the expense of $15.
If you experience a reaction to any of our products, please immediately email us at clinic@skinetc.com.au. In your email, include a detailed description of the reaction, the product used, and photographs of your reaction, if possible. Our team aims to respond within 48 hours to provide you with guidance and support over email or phone to address the issue effectively.
We only offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange please email clinic@skinetc.com.au with a description of the issue and attach photographic evidence, if possible. We will guide you through the exchange process. Skin Etc will cover all shipping costs for exchanges due to defects or damage. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the purchase . If you’ve received the wrong product or re experiencing a reaction, you are eligible for a refund or exchange during this time period. Please note all exchanges and refunds are subject to an evaluation on a case by case basis.
