We only offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange please email clinic@skinetc.com.au with a description of the issue and attach photographic evidence, if possible. We will guide you through the exchange process. Skin Etc will cover all shipping costs for exchanges due to defects or damage. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the purchase . If you’ve received the wrong product or re experiencing a reaction, you are eligible for a refund or exchange during this time period.
